GROUP TRAINING SCHEDULE
MONDAY
Lower body – 5am, 8:30am, 4pm, 5:15pm

TUESDAY Boxercise – Train like a boxer. Shred fat, build muscle.
– 5am, 7:30am, 4pm, 5:15pm

WEDNESDAY Core and Fitness
– 5am, 8:30am, 4pm, 5:15pm

THURSDAY IS BATTLE DAY
Join us in the trenches for a ”take no prisoners” workout that includes full-body strength and conditioning, super sets and fat burn.
– 5am, 7:30am, 4pm, 5:15pm

FRIDAY Upper body
– 5am, 8:30am, 4pm

SATURDAY
Push your boundaries with the ”Core and Fitness Drill”
– 8am PILATES

***Tuesday and Thursday 8:30am
23 Classes PER WEEK! Come to as many as you can manage 15 Min core class before every class except for Wed.

All this for R570 per month, includes monthly assessments and measuring, eating plans and mentorship.
